"Guys and Dolls" is based on a story and characters by Damon Runyon. Set in New York City, this oddball romantic comedy has a cast of vivid characters with unique names: Nathan Detroit, Nicely-Nicely Johnson and Harry the Horse, to name a few. Audiences will recognize catchy tunes such as "Luck be a Lady" and "Sit Down, You're Rockin' the Boat" in the toe-tapping score. As usual, the plot contains some twists, and also, as usual, everything works out in the end.
"Guys and Dolls" as long been on the list of "must do sometime" shows. In this our 38th year, we bring to the stage a group of loveable gamblers, the Guys, and their girlfriends, the Dolls. This show is considered by many to be the perfect musical comedy. We once again look forward to entertaining you and relieving the winter blahs.
